    noisy appliance

The fridge in the room cycled on and off every 15-20 minutes during the night, causing interruptions in sleep. The bathroom tap, while effective for filling a sink, was a challenge to use for filling a kettle. Grabbing a cup of water required a time-consuming process. The pole for the blinds was broken, preventing complete darkness at night, a bit of a nuisance .

Liked our stay and didn't feel like leaving!

The staff was affable and we would definitely go again. The place deserved 3 stars. The location was PARTICULARLY GOOD and favourable, very close to a retail park on the outskirts of Fort William as well as the city center.

Planned to see Fort William major attractions and it was brilliant base for visiting all of them. Excellent friendly staff, provided useful info.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

Everything was brand-new, with good staff, met required needs. The location for Fort William was great, near to a grocery store and a retail park on the outskirts of Fort William. It was just 1 km from a 13th - century castle.

    The great and the meh

The owner's proactive approach for early check-in was fantastic, our graduation day went off without a hitch. The room provided comfort and cleanliness, perfect for short stays.

The location may feel a bit odd, limiting exploration, and the shared kitchen setup could be troublesome for some.

    odd location

The Sheraton Apartments offered a great experience during our graduation trip. The decor was modern and everything was perfectly clean. There’s a shared kitchen that's well-equipped, which is useful for longer stays, although the lack of in-person interaction was a bit unusual.

perfect base for exploring fort william's landmarks and parks

I had a fantastic stay in a Superior Double Room, as it made for a great base to explore nearby attractions like Inverlochy Castle, just a short walk of 1 km away, and the Nevis Centre, almost 2 km from the hotel, awesome for pretty walks through the city while soaking in beautiful views.

    spacious room
    well-equipped kitchen
    lack of windows
    isolated location
    limited area exploration

The Superior King Room was spacious and impeccably clean. The shared kitchen setup was well-equipped and immaculate. The lack of windows in some rooms, including ours, was a drawback, and the location felt a bit isolated, contributing to a lack of exploration. Enjoying freshly prepared eggs during breakfast was a lovely start to our day.
